– Our services require the customers to be over 18 years old
– Orders are held for 24 hours from confirmation email/message, unless requested by the customer and confirmed by the store.
– Only one order can be placed within a 12 hour timeframe-per currency-per customer. The first order would be honoured in case of multiple orders within the 12 hour timeframe.
– We reserve the right to request for a proof of ID if and when required, regardless of the amount exchanged.
– Euro and US Dollar orders are available for collection immediately from one of our 2 stores in Victoria, London.

– All other orders will be confirmed via a WhatsApp message or a phone call with the pick up location, based on our stock availabilty.
We accept payments by cash, or a personal debit card with a proof of government issued identification. Strictly no corporate or business cards please.
